Everyone experiences dissatisfaction from time to time with themselves, with their business or career, with their marriage, or with other interpersonal relationships:
- What they thought was going to be so great doesn’t turn out to be so great.
- What they thought was going to bring them satisfaction doesn’t turn out to be so satisfying.
- What they thought would be so fulfilling isn’t providing them with the fulfillment they expected.
Everyone goes through changes in their lives. Sometimes they are good (marriage, birth of children, new job); sometimes they are not so good (divorce, death, loss of job). However, all changes (even good changes) can cause some level of stress.
Are you settling for less than what you really want for your life?
Some people are struggling to even reach an entry level of happiness, success, and fulfillment; some have already achieved a good level of happiness, success, and fulfillment but want to reach a higher level; others are already at a high level in one or more areas of their lives but they want to achieve an even happier, more successful, and more fulfilled life in all areas of their life. Where are you with your life?
What can you do when you find yourself not has happy as you want to be, or not as successful as you could be, or not as fulfilled as you would like to be?
You do not have to be stuck with where you are in life. You can make changes. You can be happier, more successful, and more fulfilled.
If you could change one thing about yourself or your life, what would that be? How would that change your life? How much value would that have for you?
Everyone needs a mentor/coach
Wouldn’t it be great to have someone to talk to who would not judge you, someone who is a professional in helping people not only go through life transitions, but who would also help you go beyond that to discover the life you really want?
As a psychologist, I can tell you that not everyone needs psychotherapy, but everyone could benefit greatly from having an experienced professional to talk to. Even better would be a professional who is a psychologist with extensive training and experience in human behavior and cognition and who is also a life transformation mentor/coach. And those just happen to be my credentials.
